Every one of our commercial jobs are a different size and scope. But all are cleaned the same way. First, we begin
by preinspecting the entire location, looking for general stains as well as common traffic areas. We then vacuum the entire area, being
sure to remove as much of the solid soils as possible. We then prespray the entire area and agitate the solution with a carpet rake, allowing
the solution to dwell in the carpet for the recommended time. Next, our truck mounted hot water extractor is used to give your carpets
the deepest clean possible. Finally, the pile is reset, all furniture is placed on protective tabs, the commercial dryers are started and a
final walkthrough inspection is completed.
All of this is included in our price of 22 cents per square foot of
carpet. The price increases to
30 cents per square foot for very heavy traffic areas and $10.00 per stain that needs to be removed.
